Hi, I’m Joe, a UK-qualified physiotherapist with a passion for sports, fitness, and helping people move pain-free. Before relocating to Spain with my beautiful family, I worked in London as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, helping clients improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Now, I’m living and working as a freelancer (autonomo) in Spain along the Costa Brava and Costa Cálida, offering personal training and relaxation massage through home visits and training sessions at Pinatar Arena in San Pedro del Pinatar.
My love for sports and movement has shaped my approach—I believe that everyone, no matter their fitness level, should feel strong, confident, and free to enjoy life without restrictions.
